My mother gets her prescription glasses made here. She recently had cataract surgery and needed one of the lenses removed on her eyeglasses. They were so kind and did it without charge. Awesome!

Post-covid, I've gotten somewhat used to the fact that getting anything done these days is time consuming, expensive, and sometimes frustrating. I was delighted to discover that old-fashioned personal service at a reasonable price is still with us! The folks at the Optical Shop were able to breathe new life into my old but much-loved eyeglasses by replacing the arms and little nose pieces. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was facing having to mail them and wait weeks to get them back, with no guarantee that they would fit. I was able to walk into the store and a very nice man was able to do the entire job on the spot and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg! My glasses look and fit great now! If you wear glasses, save yourself time and money by visiting the Optical Shop first. You'll be glad you did!
My husband broke his eyeglasses and we went to the Optical Shop. Since we were 1200 miles from home we were so pleased with the speed, helpfulness and professionalism we received. My husband was able to have new frames and walk out with his vision restored in a short amount of time. A big thank you!
Been doing business there for over 45 years, have lived the place until this last pair that I bought. Problems since the day I picked them up. I'll wait and see if they make good on Their Mistake, I will update then. I'm very mad right now.
