The Optical Shoppe

My last eye doctor retired so i found a nice place closer to home. My dentist is next door so it's very convenient to knock both out. very easy to make an appointment, it was sooner than i expected, so that was a nice surprise. the inside is huge, much larger than it looks on the outside. very clean and the glasses section is large. The first lady that worked with me was Joy. She was very helpful and friendly. It's always nice to see a smile. Shortly after Joy was done with me Dr. Allen came in and he's very friendly and easy to talk to. got my prescription and headed out. this is my new eye doctor!

Dr. Allen and every staff member are amazing. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Nowadays, some healthcare professionals couldn't care less about their patients, but Dr. Allen is not one of them. He really goes above and beyond for his patients. I am so grateful that I found The Optical Shoppe and will continue to support them.

I was such a nervous wreck about getting contacts and the minute i walked through the door everyone was so sweet. Mrs. Joy made the whole process so easy and let me just say that there is a reason her name is Joy. She really made me feel so at ease about putting something weird in my eyeball and now i truly feel like a pro. Love this place and all the smiling faces in it.

Was recommended to Dr. Dawson by a relative and I was very pleased with the appointment. The doctor took the time to run all the necessary tests and provided a very detailed plan for me to treat my super dry eyes. I would highly recommend The Optical Shoppe.

I’ve been going there since it opened. We followed Dr Mark Allen when he opened this clinic. I love going there. They’re very friendly and wait on you in a good time frame. They are very conscientious about your care.
