Despite going over my invoice with the clerk and reconciling my bill at the end of the appointment. I was charged for an additional service I didn’t request or use, and then billed a second time for something the representative couldn’t even explain. The lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected. I will not be returning.

All the ladies there make you feel welcome and comfortable. You are taken care of with compassion and respect. They ask you what services you want then tell you those they recommend. I appreciate that the young ladies there respect you and your individual needs to meet your optical goals. Dr. Hines really cares about her patients I am very very grateful that I was referred to her. She and her entire staff are just BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE 🫶🏽💕🥰

Spectacles is a great place for eye-care, glasses and contacts. Dr. Nettie Hines is excellent and Richard Odom will get you fixed up with your glasses. Located in The District.

I am absolutely 100% impressed with Spectacles in The District! The entire staff— each and every one of them from the front desk to the technical staff— was so very kind, thorough and professional. Dr Owens made me feel like I was getting the best care possible. I haven’t felt that kind of individualized attention in any medical office before.
