Southern Eye Care Of Flowood

Went with my mother to pick up her glasses. Firstly the front desk staff are pathetic. Not only were they rude but they look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. No sense of professionalism or care in their job or physical appearances. The desk assistant didn't ask if my mother had any questions nor did she clean her glasses. To drive all the way to Flowood for worse than mediocre treatment.....I think not! Please don't waste your time or money. The attitudes are disgusting to say the least. I hear the doctor isn't much better.

The Dr here was awesome but the young lady that faces the back of business at the front desk has Terrible customer service skills comes across to me she could care less if ur satisfied with experience here or not retired from guest services first impressions goes a long way might need to visit this office again but don't want to start my day again by first thing in the morning stopping by this business. 😭😭

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Dr. Ladnier came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and lacking empathy. Her bedside manner was poor, and she appeared impatient and passive-aggressive throughout the visit. I was dealing with a deep corneal abrasion and felt that my pain and concerns were not taken seriously. I was only given lubricant eye drops, which felt insufficient given the severity of my condition. Additionally, the front desk staff member with blonde hair was consistently rude and made me feel like an inconvenience for simply being there. The overall atmosphere felt cold and uncaring, as if the staff were desensitized and uninterested in patient care. Healthcare visits especially for painful conditions should involve compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

I came in to Southern Eye Care in a crisis and blind as a bat! The young ladies at the front desk not only were able to squeeze me in for a same day appt but they provided excellent customer service while doing so! I walked out with a fresh pair of contacts in my eyes and a new order on the way with no problem! Do NOT skip them! This is the stop you want to make! And special shout out to Hailey! Her service and education on my eye issues were top tier!!!
