The service is not bad. But they take you to the back, do the preparatory tests needed before you see the doctor, and direct you to wait in a large waitng room at the back. Once there, you will be kept waiting for about 2.5 hours. In the two times I went to this office, I have seen people get upset, and others walk out after waiting a long time. And when they finally call you from this back waiting room, they leave you in a check-up room and you wait again for a long time (about 20-30 minutes) before the doctor comes in to see you. Don't go to RGW unless you like wasting half your day. There are other highly rated Retina specialists not too far from this place. This second time will be my last time there.

Dr. Katira is so kind and always has a smile on her face. She examines each patient and gives them a thorough eye examination before performing the procedure. It's really convenient. The eye that received the procedure can see better and I'm so grateful that she solved the problem.

I like Dr Katira, she’s professional and thorough. The only issue is that my appointment was at 2:30pm and I didn’t see her for another hour. It’s inconvenient, they need to do better with stacking appointments.
