The Vision Hub is the absolute best! Dr. Polk is so kind and thorough, you can tell how much he loves his job and taking care of people! He answers every question and makes sure you feel heard. He doesn’t rush through the appointment, which is a huge deal. Every visit the entire staff is so kind and helpful, they go above and beyond and it’s so refreshing to do business with them! Queenie takes care of our eye glasses and always has a smile on and gets us out the door smiling and laughing! Our family is so thankful for The Vision Hub!

Visiting from Texas and husband lost his glasses to the ocean. They were able to get us in within an afternoon to get an eye exam and walk out with contacts. Very friendly staff and amazing doctor. They understood our needs, as the travel home was nearing for us. Thank you again for your great service!

Just had my annual eye exam and purchased new eye glasses. I received excellent service. Everyone was very professional and personable. I purchased a stylish pair of glasses and was nice to get help. I highly recommend coming here. I can't wait to get my new glasses

They were so nice and easy to work with when my wife forgot to pack her contacts and glasses. They were able to get us replacement contacts quick and easy and ultimately SAVED OUR VACATION!! Highly recommended

This was my 2nd time receiving care here and In all transparency to my own I should’ve had maybe 3-4 visits this point for annuals though to my point both experiences have been nothing except beyond great. Without the office knowing my past medical admin and provider experience without a doubt , exceeded my expectations from the young lady which I didn’t get her name whom check me in , to Dr. Polk and his assistant , and to Queenie.who tops it off!!! Queenie you’re the best !!!I I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and customer service and would recommend to anyone that ask for my advice on vision services. Thank you all so much for the stellar care you provided me. And at the end of it all while I neglected my own eye are knowing I needed you all help me see better again as you the first I visited you.
