Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sydney was phenomenal, and the technician who helped me before seeing the doctor was wonderful as well. I had been dealing with an eye issue and felt very well cared for throughout the entire visit. This was my first appointment with this doctor after seeing Dr. Frager for many years, so I was a little anxious, but everything was handled with kindness, professionalism, and care. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

My recent eye exam was awesome! The new doctor/owner, Dr. Reynolds, was very thorough, the techs were super helpful, especially Amanda, the front desk woman with long dark hair and glasses, Lacy, was very sweet and helpful, and the lady who helped me with my new glasses, Sydney, was amazing! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Gulf Coast Vision for making my experience great.
Honestly, the positive experience was the technicians before the actual dr came in. He was very quick, however I do like in & out experience...He could have been less in a hurry. Maybe he's not a personable kinda individual. Sidney( gal who assisted me with picking out my new frames/etc) was absolutely amazing. Such beautiful peaceful spirit Energy and knows Her stuff. I enjoyed that experience the most. Gal at front desk maybe having a bad day, for she didn't seem happy to be there and very annoyed with patients/staff. Overall, it was back to back , I'll be back for next visit.
The new doctor was very nice & personable. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name! The tech that did all my preliminary tests was very sweet, friendly, & professional. I don’t remember her name, either, but she had glasses, dark long hair, & pretty pink nails! Sydney was also so amazing & took a late lunch just to help me understand my insurance & what would save me the most money. I’d recommend Gulf Coast Vision Center to all my friends & family!
Vision exam appt with male optometrist was 45 min late but understandable when it was revealed they were training new staff. He and other medical staff were friendly on this date HOWEVER not getting a call that my eye glasses were in is something more fixable re: service. I had better service with gulf coast vision center’s location in downtown Pensacola. Willing to give this location another try though 😊
