The service here has just gone down the tubes. We pre-order and find out that it's the other line that gets the service. Come on Sam's on Beal in Ft Walton Beach. Managers need to get involved. Fill the ice, ketchup, sodas. It's like this everyday. It should not have taken me to go find help for the Cafe to get ketchup.

🍱 Fresh Prepared Foods & Bakery * Lobster Mac & Cheese: A clear highlight in your photos at $9.16/lb. It’s part of their premium "ready-to-heat" line which is perfect for a quick but upscale dinner. * 3-inch Fresh Fruit Cheesecakes: You spotted these for $17.98; they are a local favorite for small gatherings. * Grilled Chicken Trays: The bulk-packed Italian Herb chicken you saw is a staple for local meal-preppers looking for juicy, ready-to-eat protein. 🌿 Seasonal Indoor Plants The Fiddle Leaf Figs (Ficus Lyrata) in your photo are currently priced around $36.98. The Fort Walton location is known for having a robust garden center, and right now you'll also find: * Monstera Deliciosa: Often stocked right next to the figs for a tropical look. * Money Trees & Orchids: Popular indoor options currently in stock in decorative ceramic pots. 🛒 Bulk & Household Essentials Your cart shows you're tackling the essentials: * Bounty Paper Towels (12=48 rolls): One of the best bulk values for high-traffic homes. * Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken: Often called a "Chick-fil-A dupe," these are a massive hit in the freezer section. * Clorox Wipes & Cascade: Standard bulk buys that make the membership pay for itself quickly. ⛽ Fuel Center Perks The Fort Walton Beach Sam's Club Fuel Center is open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. * Diesel Savings: This location is a favorite for locals with diesel trucks or RVs because it consistently stays significantly lower than the nearby Shell and Circle K stations on Beal Pkwy.
Love, love, love me a Sam's rotisserie chicken for dinner and tomorrow's ice-box pickings... some deliscious ready made meal goodies... Deals of the weak... And don't forget before leaving to grab a huge pizza slice and soda for a lunch deal at around $2,50... We're smiling all the way home.
We went with some family members to do a little Christmas shopping on our quarterly get together. You have to have a membership to shop there. I love the spaciousness of the store. It is pretty well organized. Lots of stuff. We got Christmas presents for our grandchildren. We were able to easily return some defective shoes and get replacements. They have a place to eat there. It has the best pizza for a large chain store. The store personnel are friendly and helpful.
3:45 March 13th- This is now the second time that I have been treated poorly while exiting the store because I choose not to walk through those scanner machines. There is an older man who treated me badly and was trying to tell me that I had to go through it. I told him that I do not have to go through it and then it’s not good for your health and that many study show that people who work closely to those, or walk through them often actually receive cancer from doing so. They’ve even done studies of people working at the airports and found that they have higher rates of cancer working near those x-ray scanner machines (don’t know the technical name) near the checkout. He argued with me and was rude. I called and spoke to a female manager and she told me that I did not have to walk through those machines and that she would speak to the gentleman and let him know. Today March 13, upon exiting the store, I encountered the same gentleman as I believe. He tried to tell me I had to walk through the machine scanner thing. I told him that I do not have to, and that the manager told me that I do not have to. I said that the manager was going to speak to the person, but maybe she did not because the guy clearly did not get the message. He continued to argue with me. I told him that it causes cancer, and then he argued back that it does not. Ignorance is bliss, I guess. Then the other man, an older man with a curly little mustache was also arguing with me telling me that it does not cause cancer, etc. etc. I don’t come to Sam’s Club to argue with some old men as I’m exiting the door. Sam’s Club, do a better job at having more friendly employees, and I asked that the manager actually follow through and speak to the people that she said she would speak to. Because clearly this gentleman and Staff did not get the message that customers do not have to walk through that. I would not have left this review, but I tried calling the store again today to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I called the customer service number 4 different times and I must’ve stayed on hold/ringing for about 10 minutes waiting for somebody to pick up the phone. Nobody picked up the phone. The store needs to step it up. I can’t believe how many times I tried calling the customer service number to get no answer and I even tried many other departments and nobody answered or if they answered, they couldn’t figure out how to transfer me to a manager or they put me on hold and never came back. Who is running the store? Because they need to do better. For being a member, I shouldn’t feel this way after leaving the store. When we were walking out, my son said the man with the curly mustache spoke badly about me saying I was stuck up. I’m not stuck up just because I choose not to walk through a scanner. How brainwashed can they be? And why on earth do employees feel that they can talk bad about a customer openly in front of other customers and to where my son can hear this? How unacceptable. If the AI scanner machine is necessary, then get rid of the disrespectful employees at the exit!
