Visit with Doctor Peters and staff was outstanding and professional with the good intentions to assist and help the patient. Thank you! You are very much appreciated for all you do for your patients.

BEWARE OF THIS HEALTHCARE PROVIDER!! Where do I start? This company only cares about money. If you are self pay they will hound you about the payments. For example, I paid them almost $300 for what services they provided. Minded you have to pay up front. Because they won't just bill you. Anyways, I paid them $300 and within that week I came for another visit the same week and they wanted more money. I'm sorry but I'm not made of money and paid what I could afford, but at least I was making payments. Next, I've had a couple rude encounters with two staff members for no reason other than being rude. You can't just treat patients badly like that. It's not like being blind or other concerns about your sight isn't hard and depressing enough. Now lastly, Dr. Ozkok sit right in front of my face and told me that he would fill out my short term disability paperwork provided through my employer. My 26 year old son was sitting there as well and heard Dr. Ozkok agreed to doing so. Then he turns around and says he won't fill out the paperwork . Even though I've been seeing him since around June 1st and records are there in regards to my rye situation Really? So your word means nothing. I've never been so disgusted and treated so badly by a health care provider. I paid all I did and all I got eye drops at the end of the day. It's all about money. So I canceled my future appointments and I will not be back. I will be calling my health insurance provider and filing a complaint as well about this office and their immoral practices. I strongly caution anyonr from seeking care from this Dr. or facility.

I've been going to this office for several years now and been seen by Dr Peters, Tarantola, and Gupta, who are all great! The office is incredibly efficient. I was there recently and the facility was packed with patients but I was in and out in about a half hour, and they called me back earlier than my appointment time. A well-run operation is something anyone can appreciate!

Wonderful...that explains my first experience with this office. A glitch in the computer didn't have my appointment. Things happen. I offered to reschedule. No big deal. I wasn't an emergency. But Nancy at the front desk wasn't going to have that and worked some magic and got me an appointment at 11:30am when my original was to be 11am. Never have I ever had a front desk so wonderful. She is definitely an asset to that office. Every single tech I interacted with was so nice, polite, cheerful, just like you want to be treated. Not just another patient. The Dr was great at explaining what was wrong. She didn't seem like she was rushing through the exam. I would rate them a 10 if I could.

Dr Pierce has a very friendly, reassuring demeanor that was very comforting. Took time to explain the difference or lack of difference between the current photo and last year's photo of my eye. Credit to her profession.
