Great place if you need glasses or contacts. Me, my wife and daughter all has appointments recently. Great customer service and we were in and out timely. We highly recommend the Vision Shop Optometry.
Nice people but not so good follow up. They were nice when helped me order glasses once paid forgotten month went by called to check on my glasses all receptionist said you got auto text told her no I didn’t and she’s like well they’re ready. I asked her how come no one called if they noticed glasses were still there and no answer. All she said was they ready since 3 weeks ago. Next time Costco lol.
I really like dr Howard. He is thorough and very informative. He gives advice for preventive care. The staff are nice. This year I got ray ban prescription sun glasses. I really love them.
Loved this place! I took my 10 year old daughter in to get new glasses and I'm glad I did. The girl (I completely forgot her name) who assisted us was very friendly she kept a smile on her face the whole time and she was most importantly patient with my picky daughter . They have a really good selection of modern glasses . The doctor was really good also 👍🏼👍🏼. The amazing customer service was appreciated for sure.
First time here today and I must say the experience was awesome, from the moment I called to see if they take my insurance (which they did) until the moment I went for my appointment (which was scheduled the same day). The visit was in & out, very welcoming, the doctor was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place, it's nice to know great customer service is out there! And can't wait to receive my glasses in a week 👓👍
