Great experience. I had an object lodged in my eye that I couldn't get out for days. The appointment set up was easy, and the assistance (Tanya) was very courteous and professional. Doctor Schacherer was very friendly and, after a quick exam, took care of the issue effortlessly. I would highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Terrible experience. After needing to find a new eye doctor in coverage we found this one. My daughter went in to get her eyes checked and a new prescription for her contacts. 4 visits, multiple contact attempts and 1 month later, she still does not have good working contacts that work or even a new prescription. In my 30 years of wearing glasses I have never left an eye exam without a paper copy of my prescription, yet 4 visits here and they would not give my daughter a copy of her prescription. They even had to get information from the previous doctor to what prescription they gave her. In speaking with the insurance company regarding this, apparently they are documenting and saying she received 12 months of contacts, which is a lie to insurance because she only got 1 pair to try and they were the wrong prescription. We definitely will not be returning, no way in any way
Dr. Craig Schacherer is so professional and helpful. I had a major eye concern today (on a Sunday), and he met me at his office for an examination! Needless to say, Craig has taken very good care of me now for nearly 30 years 👍
My wife and I are repeat patients, and we have continued to be pleased with the kind, friendly and professional service we receive when we are there. Dr. Craig Schacherer provided excellent care and had me outfitted with 2 pairs of new eyeglasses that were perfect in a much shorter time period than my previous ophthalmologist and opticians did with their own lens lab. Very happy with everything, highly recommend! I felt very safe with the COVID infection control measures being taken at the office. Everyone wore medical grade masks, there was appropriate social distancing and plenty of hand sanitizer. Kevin Thornton M.D.
Everyone at Wylie Vision Care is absolutely amazing. Truly a family atmosphere where it's obvious they not only care about your business but also your well being. I've been needing glasses since I was 5 so as you can imagine I've been to my fair share of optometrist's offices but I can easily, and with great confidence say that I've never been to a more caring and professional group of people. I will always only recommend Wylie Vision Care to all of my family and friends.
