Dipak Master OD Next To Visionworks

I have been using Vision Works for a couple of years now and have always recieved good Customer Svs. However, yesterday, I came in and the Optical Technician, Sherida was working. I asked if she could assist me in picking out a frame that would compliment my new look. She said sure. She gave me the Best Customer Service Experience I have ever recieved. She not only extended great service to me but to every person that walked through the door. The most amazing thing I witnessed was that when it got busy, she never allowed that to be a distraction from giving each Customer great service in meeting their need or solving their issue. I feel Ms Sherika Griffith is a true Asset to your company.

I have always had great experiences at the Firewheel location , but Sherica and Sapphire were so friendly, very helpful and extremely patient. I have purchased at least 10 pairs of glasses from Visionworks . Sherica and Sapphire made my day by just being themselves , happy and friendly. I will never go anywhere else. God Bless Paul

UPDATE: I’ve now had my glasses for a few months, love them! I want to update my review because today I feel a little dumb, but please note these are the first glasses I’ve ever had prescription… So I lost the pad on the right side and I thought that knowing they would fix them, it would take like a week or something so I’ve been putting it off. I even tried glue in it…. Anyway, DONT TRY GLUING THE PAD… it doesn’t even go on that way they have to have a little tiny tool which they have in the store and they do it all for FREE! In less than 15 minutes! She is the assistant manager. I believe she said her name is Sharika anyway super sweet girl! Now my glasses are fixed great they have two brand new pads and she even cleaned them for me! I’m very happy with my purchase and the service!! I was able to find a frame that looked great! They took my insurance perfectly, I was able to then get all I wanted to get! I enjoyed the convenience of having a real Optometrist right next door, a great selection of frames, with very high quality choices for lenses! I see the advertised adds saying buy 1 get one 50%off and same-day prescription… I just needed one pair of glasses and I “got all the bells and whistles”, nobody can do same-day Progression and Transition lenses. I had shopped around for a little bit and Firewheel Mall has 3 or 4 Eye Glass Stores, I genuinely found this one to be the best! The Optometrist is really great too!

What a great staff! I had lost a screw in my glasses making them unusable, I stopped by this location not expecting much help as my glasses are pretty old. A young lady, Sherika listened to my problem, said “let me take a look”. I was out the door in 5 minutes! I can tell you where I buying my next pair!! Young ladies like Sherika keep businesses & clients moving the right my direction. I am a customer for life!

I just purchased my first pair of frames ever from Vision Works and I am so impressed with how helpful and accommodating the whole staff is at this location. Everyone is so kind and patient, specifically Sherika who has helped me through the process and taken the time to answer all of my questions about my order. Thank you so much!
