I got my eye exam and eye glasses here. Doctor Elizabeth Pham is very friendly and professional. Sarah, the eye glass associate that helped me was very helpful and attentive. I am excited to get my new glasses from here.
Dr. Yin is great! The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The rest of the staff were really friendly as well!
For several years, I have used Garland Vision Center without any issues. About six months ago, I purchased some glasses that were unsatisfactory, so I returned them within the appropriate time for a refund. It's been nearly half a year, and I still do not have my refund. One excuse after another, but still no refund. Now they are saying it will be another month or six weeks. I have been very ill, so I had other things to focus on. In the past, I would have written a good review, but this experience has cancelled out all of the positive experiences there.There are many vision centers in the area. Go anywhere but Garland Vision Center.
I have a very bad astigmatism and my eye sight is poor. My contacts do have to be custom made since my older manfacture stopped production. I appreciate this doctor going the extra length and ordering this from a special company for me. When I called around I was having trouble finding a office that would order outside of their norm.
Called to setup an eye appointment. Arrived and after 45 minutes called back! She started tested and she said do you have contacts in? Well yes and she said we didn’t have than many different contacts here but let me check. She came back in and said we can do glasses exam today and you will have to come back for contact appointment! Then they acted as if it was my fault for not asking for contact exam! Really I called for eye appointment and not once did they ask me if I needed appointment for glasses or contacts! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone if they can’t even ask questions and if their staff messes up oh well you will have to come back later! No thanks
