Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Epic Eyecare were amazing and incredibly helpful during my visit. The team answered all of my questions during check-in and made the entire appointment process smooth and efficient. Dr. Nguyen was kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend Epic Eyecare to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have always felt welcomed. Meeting the new provider, Dr. Delena Nguyen, I will say the vibes are amazing, she takes her time with you and is very helpful when it comes to any questions that you may have. All her staff and Luis as well give great positive and friendly vibes. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend this place to anyone I know!!!

Thy has a wonderful team. They are pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. The office is always clean and comfortable and they always have a great selection of glasses to choose from. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

My family & I have been coming to this eye clinic for nearly ten years, and it is truly disappointing to see how much the quality of care has declined since Dalena took over as the provider. The change has been noticeable in every part of the experience. The level of patient care and responsiveness that this practice was once known for has deteriorated significantly. One of the most troubling changes is the new requirement—supposedly for insurance purposes—to schedule multiple appointments and address only one issue per visit. This was never the case with previous providers, who were gracious, responsive, and attentive to patient needs. The office is clearly struggling. Many long-term staff members have left, the clinic now operates only four days a week instead of six, and the environment feels strained and understaffed. It’s unfortunate to witness a place that once ran smoothly operate at such low capacity. Interactions with the current provider have also been challenging. Dalena often comes across as condescending and dismissive, and there seems to be little awareness or respect for cultural differences. Instead of prioritizing patient well-being, the focus feels heavily centered on what maximizes billing rather than what is medically appropriate or considerate. It’s sad to see a practice that served the community so well for a decade decline this rapidly. Unless major improvements are made, I honestly worry about the future of this clinic.
