Wonderful service! I was greeted with a smile from the minute I entered. Jessica was really sweet. Dr. Khalaf spent time with me and gave me a thorough exam, and answered all of my questions. Scottie helped me find the perfect glasses. She was very patient with me. I definitely will be going back!
On time with appointment. Fast, friendly staff and Doctor. Thoroughly discussed my eye exam results. Best analysis I have ever had. Gave me some surprisingly good news concerning my eye health. Post exam specialist thoroughly explained all options for contacts and glasses without being pushy and as a consequence I chose the best option. Quite happy about the entire experience and will return.
I cannot recommend the Kingwood location of Vision Source enough! I had not been to an eye doctor in several years. After hearing wonderful things about Vision Source, I scheduled my appointment! When I went in today, I was super impressed with how easy it was to get my two pages of paperwork filled out. I only had to wait maybe 3 minutes after submitting my paperwork before I was taken back by Korie to have the basic check-up done. She was friendly and kind! I was kind of nervous about all that was taking place since it was new to me, yet she explained everything and showed so much patience and attention to my concerns. When Dr. Erin Ellisor came in, I was super impressed once again! She was so happy and energetic about her work that it really created a comforting space. She asked me a few questions about my personal life and then worked to get to know me through those things. She was super helpful in recommending several easy tasks that I could do to improve the status of my minor concerns. My sister was recommended to receive a pair of glasses, and David was so helpful in choosing them and getting us set up properly. His humor was also appreciated! Overall, the staff made me feel right at home, and I am so thankful for the care and attention to detail that was shown to me!
What a great experience! Just moved to the area recently & my niece recommended Vision Source (& Dr. Erin). She was right! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful. Loved the inviting atmosphere. The team took great care of me, made me feel at ease, and took time with me. Never felt rushed. 10/10, would recommend to everyone… and I will!
Stefanie answered the phone very quickly and helped me to get an appointment for my son Oscar ASAP, like a mom helping other mom with patience, understanding and lots of care, my son is very happy with the eye Dr. and the others that helping in his first eye appointment.
