I had an appointment at the Visual Connection about a month ago in Belfair. Dr. White marsh and all of his staff were really very nice. My appointment didn’t take long at all. I was able to pick out my glasses and order them the very same day. The whole experience was really great, I was very pleased!

The entire staff, from the ladies with their friendly faces who greet you at reception, to the optometrist himself, were nothing short of kind, helpful, and pleasant. I was truly impressed with their hospitality and willingness to be helpful! The doctor was obviously pleased to be able to explain exactly what was going on with my vision, and how to correct the problem. He genuinely seemed happy to be able to improve my ability to see! My insurance covered nearly everything and I never felt pressured to buy up sales. The wonderful woman who helped me pick frames helped me stay within my budget without making me feel bad for not spending more money with them. I have not worn corrective eyewear for decades, and needed an extra bit of help picking something that fit my face. I was met with patience and encouragement through the whole process, and she even went into the back to get more frames for me to choose from! I would recommend these folks to anyone!
