The Dr. was great. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. The 3 stars is for the office staff. When I made the appointment I was told it would be a 20 minute exam. Which left me more than enough time to get to my next appointment. Which I had to cancel because the exam close to an hour. I still recommend the place. Just triple the length of time they give you.

I absolutely love this office, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes picking glasses so comfortable. I been going for years!! My sons love them too. The only issue I had was location. I even had a manufacturing defect, had to send back but it was done so quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Great personal service and helped me through cataract procedures to get best care. Dr. W. detailed my eyesight and was supportive through getting best care. Eyeglass Dept is great too.

No one answers when you call. Leave a voicemail and they get back to you via text message. Also the text messaging is not consistent. Whoever runs the phones needs work.

Optometrist's are good, staff is not so good. Four times called, left a detailed message for my contact reorder. Crickets, not one returned call.
