I have been a patient of Dr. Tran's since 2022, when I received my first pair of readers. From my very first visit, I was impressed by his expertise, thoroughness, and genuine care for his patients. Dr. Tran is wonderful eye doctor and truly cares about his patients. I had issues getting my contact order with my prescription; once Dr. Tran found out about the issue, he contacted me personally and immediately to resolve. I've never had another doctor handle an issue directly like Dr. Tran and he has a forever patient with me because of it. Thank you again!

My experience has been an unusual one, but worth sharing. I originally scheduled an appointment for my daughter but, due to various personal circumstances, I had to cancel or reschedule multiple times. None of this was the clinic’s fault. Despite the back-and-forth, the staff was consistently kind, patient, and accommodating. They worked with me every step of the way. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even made it in yet, I can only imagine the level of care and respect they give to their regular patients. Truly impressed.

Came here for an eye exam for glasses/contacts. Dr Minh Nguyen was very patient with me when I had to read out the letters. He also had me try on some contacts to make sure the new prescription was right. Scheduling was very easy. I scheduled online through the eyemed insurance website; the snow closed the office on the day of my appointment and he texted me to reschedule. Very easy process.
