Huge shoutout to the incredible nurses here—truly the heart and soul of this place. Think has, hands down, the absolute BEST nurses around. The compassion, dedication, and attention you all bring every single day does not go unnoticed. You don’t just provide care—you bring comfort, reassurance, and genuine kindness when it matters most. The level of care patients receive here is nothing short of phenomenal, and that’s all because of YOU. Thank you for going above and beyond, for showing up with strength and heart, and for making a real difference in people’s lives every single day

Used to love this place back in the day. Back when they had the pharmacy up, and if you needed a test done you could get in right away, even if it wasn't your primary doctor, someone would see you. Fast forward to today, you get told you can't be seen for 2 months - and - you're not allowed to see another doctor without permission from your own. What is happening? Forreal? I've been with them for years and what do you mean I can't be seen by anybody else or get in for 2 months? By the time they'd be able to see you, you could be dead. With a serious illness, everyday matters, & you have every right to be seen by another doctor, barring you from doing so is actually insane business practice. Wild fall from grace. Really disappointing.

I don’t normally take the time to leave online reviews, but am inclined to give credit where credit is due when it comes to my experience with this facility over the last few months. My spouse, myself & my sister-in-law are all patients at Think for various conditions and care plans. Firstly, we love the concept of an All-in-One center. It makes managing our visits, medication and follow-ups much, much easier than in previous years. We’re also very pleased with our new physician Dr. Sullivan- as he’s been outstanding. The staff is always friendly and we love to browse the shops after our visits. Overall, we’re happy patients!

Man I am not a fan of this place. I went there for years and got some testing done. Doctor called me to tell me everything came back clear, then I looked in the app at my results and two of the tests were not even done! UNMC couldn’t run the tests because they were submitted incorrectly by Think (pro tip: don’t leave the cotton swab in the container). Called the nurse’s hotline, and when the doctor’s nurse called me back she was gaslighting me until I read her what the results in the app said, verbatim. Then she was snippy about it as if I had done something wrong. The doctor’s eventual excuse was that UNMC didn’t call their office to tell them something was wrong so they assumed everything was fine. Oh cool it’s just my health, assume everything is fine and don’t read the reports that my insurance and I paid for. Nice one. Switched to a med center primary care doctor because these yahoos are awful.

The only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because my therapist, Jodi, on the 3rd floor there at Think deserves honestly 10 stars. She is the best of the best.. she has helped me in many ways..and maybe one of the nicest people on earth.. but the clerks on 3rd floor, not all, are some of the rudest people you will ever meet..One actually got so rude with me and when I walked away, they were talking about me.. I’m not sure why they are allowed to work on a floor with therapists who are actually trying to help people.. kind of makes me not want to come, but I have so much faith and trust in Jodi, she has become a safe spot for me..I’ll have to let it go but that front desk needs an attitude adjustment .
