Unfortunately, I would recommend going elsewhere. Between pushy salesmen and undisclosed costs, it felt scammy and would have been unfair to someone who doesn’t understand glasses themselves. My first experience here (2 years ago) was great. However this recent time (August 2026) the eye machines seemed outdated, and I did not receive what I would consider an in-depth exam. I still decided to purchase glasses and I had to correct the salesmen 3 times to get the price down to under $150 out of pocket with insurance. He was hiding coatings that I had already said I didn’t want in final costs without telling me, and was yelling at me that I needed to hurry up and decide. I understood what glasses cost, what I wanted with coatings/add-ons, and how to stand up for myself, but someone else could have easily been taken advantage of. I will not be returning and will recommend going elsewhere.

Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. My mom went without glasses for over 4 weeks, and there was no proactive communication in relation to. They apologize with no solutions, and close without communication. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ken and Sharon are fantastic I had some glasses from abroad that have sentimental value and I asked them if I were to bring in my eye prescription and the glasses would they be able to get them set up for me to use it was not more than a 15 minute consultation and I left they told me expect around 7-10 business days and next week on friday they phoned saying they were ready and looked fantastic! I will definitley be coming back to them for glasses and my eye check up they made a loyal customer out of me! Dont bother with chains like Shopko or Sears they are the go to!

I love this place! Andrew and his staff are great! They have high-end brands without the super high cost. The lenses they have are high quality, unlike the Mall eyeglass shops. They have unique frames and better brands than most places. I got new Tom Ford glasses and they were ready within a couple of hours.

Amazing experience - the team is friendly and super helpful. Great selection. Brought in my vintage Christian Dior find for new lenses and I couldn’t be happier!!! Check out some pairs I tried !!!!
