TERRRRIBLE experience! I came for blood test and threw in an std screening for kicks and giggles..the center failed to keep track of my purpose for being there....Dr. sayeda Farooqui, presented me with false test results that contridicted updated test results that were completed shortly after ..fearful of the repercussions (i started a medication that left me with allergic reaction) called her staff to speak with her directly..they told me she wasn't available and that I would have to schedule an appointment if I wanted to speak to her..AFTER explaining to every single staff member that I was unable to return due to starting a new job. But they ignored me and scheduled me for multiple appointments. HORRIBLE CARE!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The place needs a lil renovation but the staff is really awesome. My dental hygienist was Betty. She walked me through the cleaning process and She explained what she was doing at every step. She cleaned my teeth sooo good. My mouth feels brand new. The level of care she provided was amazing. When I go back I'll ask for her again.

been there for 2 years for physch, everything your reading take with a grain of salt, it is what u make it, STAFF is 9/10, the NPs are great except for one who barely speaks english. If u dont have another option i recomend it, infact, I recomed in general. My doctor is awesome she listens and honest cares, they have some arbirtrary rules on medication, it is the bronx so unfortunatly the bad people ruin it[diverting meds] for the ones seeking treatment. Also the urine tests are extremely faulty, ive come up positive for cocaine 3 times in the 2 years i dont touch the stuff, like NEVER, also ive come up NEGATIVE for meds i took literally that day and everyday before it. Or pay 300 for a couch and an hour at a fancy manhattan office

My appointments get cancelled, rescheduled, and cancelled again. The staff is friendly but the service is horrible. Dentist cancelled, GYN cancelled, Eye Dr held my glasses hostage for a month and a half because no one has a key to his office. Just terrible all around.
