This was my first visit. I was a little nervous coming from my other Eye group. I wanted somewhere close by and family and friends gave Tomas Eye Group rave reviews. I walked in, the lobby was full. I thought to myself “I’m going to be waiting forever.” I was instructed to use the auto sign in. It was easy peasy. I sat down and was going to watch my phone and I was called back within minutes. The young man that helped me was smooth and quick. He gave me clear instructions and when he asked medical questions he did not make me repeat myself. The Dr. was pleasant, thoughtful and thorough. She talked me thru the process with ease. Checkout was quick and easy. Even the front office was pleasant and professional (can’t always say that). I will DEFINITELY refer this Office/Group.
