I Mary Banks had a wonderful visit at Thomas Eye Clinic All Staff and that includes Doctor Patel was very nice and kind to me they took very care of my eyes Doctor Patel explained to me what is going on with my eyes , I highly recommend Thomas Eye Clinic IN Newnan Georgia: they are excellent and knowledgeable. They took good care of my eyes they cares about there patience and, about there work when it comes to our eyes they are serious . I’m looking forward to my next visit

I had my first visit with Thomas Eye Group on July 1, 2026, it was a very pleasant experience to say the least. Heather greeted me upon my arrival, she was very polite, professional and proficient. I was experiencing issues with the patient portal after scheduling my appointment. Therefore, I left a voicemail with scheduling and Heather called me back the same day to inform me that she could walk me through the process. She assisted during my visit with accessing the portal. The young Indian woman (Madina?) who conducted my intake screening prior to seeing Dr. Patel, was equally polite, professional and proficient. Dr. Patel was polite, professional and proficient as well. He was very thorough and answered each of my concerns. Needless to say, Thomas Eye Group did not disappoint, and I believe that I have found my new Ophthalmologist. Thank you to each of the people who provided stellar customer service during my visit.

Very professional and knowledgeable! I have been very satisfied with the Thomas Eye Group! All of the staff members are very polite and helpful, ready to answer questions and seem very concerned with patient needs. God bless you all, keep up the good work. I have been a repeat patient for approximately 4 years! When you find something good, you stick to it! I drove from Rome Georgia to Newnan for Cataract Surgery and other eye car situations before I moved to Newnan permanently to be near family.

Great experience each time we visit! Dr. Flynn was great with my son today. She took the time to ask him questions and gave him options on his care. I really appreciate the care we always receive here!!

Dr Saracini has been the best eye doctor. She’s prompt, gets down to the root of the issue, and she doesn’t cause alarm. She explains how she’s addressing the issue and only asks for follow up when necessary. Usually the wait time is quite long once you’ve arrived but my experience today was not the case. Very professional and on time. The workup was very thorough. Appreciative of their attention to detail.
