First time visting a vision works. The one in newnan at ashley park was wonderful, took about an hour to get us both done. Jeff was really awesome to work with, we had three sets of glasses(2 for me and one for my other half) he went through all possible options and helped decide what to put on each. The optometrist was really kind and was easy to chat with, very thorough with the visit and answered any questions about my eyes I asked. Overall, I love the place and ill keep going back

So appreciative of Jim and Trish! My husband took my costa sunglasses in to see if they would repair them after another eyeglass store sent us away and Jim repaired them at no charge in just a few seconds! Highly recommend!

From the beginning to the end of my appointment, the staff was very friendly. Dr. Russell was very personable and really listened. I didn't feel like I was just another customer or patient to him. You can tell he genuinely likes his job. I will definitely see him again and would like my whole family to as well. If you you want a doctor who stands out from the rest, choose Dr. Russell! My next compliments go to Trish, one of the ladies who helps with your glasses. She had a smile on her face with a sweet and positive personality. She didn't try to push and add every extra, but listened to my likes and needs. I do hope she'll be there in the future! I felt like not only did I leave the store with the promise of new glasses, but I also made some friends. Many thanks and kudos to the store and staff! I'll for sure be back!

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. Despite being early they still managed to work me into their schedule. They assisted me with my registration and informed me of my insurance benefits. The Dr saw me and was reassuring me of the condition of my eyes. Then the staff assisted me with choosing a nice eyewear and I was done ... it was a great experience

Jeff Todd was an awesome employee and assisted me well. I would recommend him to anyone needing new glasses
