Thomas H Aleo OD

I have been seeing a great optometrist Dr. Thomas H. Aleo OD at Family Vision for years and never had an issue with him. However the untrained, uneducated female staff are completely unprofessional and abusive. I am an older disabled woman and they are very rude every time I visit. Recently 2 of them were nasty on the phone knowing I’m disabled. If you are healthy you’re all set but any elderly or disabled people should seek out another company!

Dr. Aleo has been my optometrist for years. He is extremely experienced, analytical, meticulous, and friendly. When there is a complicated eye problem, he takes the time to explain it and even draws pictures to help you understand. Most recently, I took my 83-year-old mother to him. He was kind enough to squeeze her in between other patients on notice because she had an eye infection. He knew immediately what it was and how to treat it. You can not go wrong with this practice and the wonderful support staff.

I have been going to Dr. Aleo for years. His business is a gem. His staff is so kind and when you walk in they know you by name, your not just a number lost in a busy office. They are so friendly and you are never rushed. Not to mention the prices are reasonable for contacts and glasses. He is so great at what he does that even when I accidentally ripped my last contact and haven't had my next yearly yet he was generous enough to spare an extra until my next appt. I love going to Dr. Aleo!!

Always a great experience! Dr. Also is so nice & explains things well. All the staff are wonderful & kind, they take their time with you & even help you pick out frames.

Dr. Aleo squeezed me in for an urgent issue and I had a spectacular experience. He is efficient, but thorough, and extremely kind. Thank you so much Dr. Aleo and team!
