I chose Dr. Stratton for new trifocal eyeglasses awhile ago and called again to see if he could take care of my new, updated prescription. I had eye surgery recently which necessitated a new one. My insurance provider requires a “Vision Exception Request” since I last used coverage for glasses less than 2 years ago. Dr. Stratton informed me his office won’t do it as it’s “a lot of paperwork”. That’s okay, it’s his choice. Be aware of this in advance, however. I am now having to shop around for another optometrist.

Absolutely The Best!!! Dr. Stratton has an extremely kind and gentle manner. He is a great doctor who gives you all the time you need for an exam, diagnosis, and glasses. I have never had a better experience with any doctor in all my 50+ years!

Said “no night driving” on my license recommendation so I threw it out and went to Evans eye care instead. This guy is incompetent. Don’t go here for your license eye exam if you don’t have perfect vision.

We were on vacation and my lens fell out of my glasses. Tom fixed them at no charge! Tom is a Veteran and we appreciate his service and his fantastic customer service to us!
