Tess, Erica, and James took such good care of me, I am thrilled and amazed. Right next to kitchen 86 on El paseo, super convenient and there's parking in the back. Come and see all their glasses because they have some of them listed, like low bridge fit and categorized in a way that you can actually get what you want. Pretty easily. Highly recommended!
We are so excited to see a new Warby Parker location finally open in Palm Desert. Such a great and fun experience with Erica and her team. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and fun. They helped me find frames I never would’ve picked myself and I love them. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure at all, and the pricing was surprisingly reasonable. In and out feeling confident and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back to buy more pairs.
The staff here could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! They listened to what my husband said he was looking for and they did not stop until they helped him find THE MOST PERFECT pair. And as if that was not enough, the pricing at Warby Parker is ideal. These are my husband's first pair of sunglasses and he will most definitely be back for a second slightly different-styled pair as well as some prescription glasses!
Had a great time working with Tess to select new glasses and sunglasses today. She was very knowledgeable, had good suggestions and was able to access my insurance information and previous purchases instantly to help inform my purchase decisions. I’ve shopped with Warby Parker online as well as in stores in various cities across the country. This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had in one of their stores. The store environment was inviting and immaculate. The associates were friendly and extremely competent. I left confident in my selections and satisfied that I had received the best possible care and attention!
Daisy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went the extra distance! River was also great. All the staff took time to help with my frame selection, measurements and even submitting my insurance. Ended up with great glasses and a great price.
