Thompson And Lett Eye Care

Dr. Thompson and his staff are truly amazing, kind people. My daughter and I have had problems with our eyes since a young age. We both had new patient visits with Dr. Thompson and I haven’t experienced that thorough of an eye exam since I was released from my retina specialist 25+ years ago. My daughter’s pediatric eye specialist has never performed some of the assessments we had done either. We switched to Dr. Thompson because we felt it was time for my daughter to try contacts and her eye specialist does not provide that service. Dr. Thompson and the nice ladies helping her learn how to put the contacts in and out were so helpful and incredibly patient. They all definitely deserve recognition for going above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!!

I'll soon be 84 and have been to numerous optometrists - none better than Thompson & Lett. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Thompson was tremendous! His competence was just so apparent. After evaluating my vision, he checked me for glaucoma and macular degeneration. In my experience, that isn't something all optometrists do. All-in-all, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Thompson & Lett Eye Care.

I had such a positive experience at this optometrist office. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The exam itself was very thorough, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained along the way. What stood out most to me, though, was how attentive and accommodating they were to their elderly patients. The staff showed so much patience, respect, and genuine care—taking extra time when needed and making sure everyone felt comfortable and supported. That level of compassion is something you don’t see everywhere, and it speaks volumes about the culture of this practice. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care in a warm, thoughtful environment.

As soon as you walk into the office the staff immediately greets you. I have been going to Dr. Thompson for about 15 years. He is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I’ve bounced around to a couple eye care places and well… I just really was impressed from the moment I walked in with this office. The technology is superb, the Drs are incredibly personable, and the ladies helping with eye glasses were patient and kind. Home run… no scratch that… insert a baseball term better than “home run”!
