Dr. Lounsbury is caring, skilled and patient. The up to date equipment is a must for monitoring eye health. The dry eye treatment was a life changer for me. She also has a huge inventory of cool frames. Makes it difficult to choose, so many options. I highly recommend Dr. Lounsbury for you and your families eye care needs.
Horrible experience. I made sure my insurance was accepted there. And she assured me it was. Until after I got the exam and picked out glasses. Now I’m not going to have my glasses for the trip that I made sure I asked would be available in time. I got stuck with a $150 bill, that I shouldn’t have to pay; for the mistake they made. My insurance would have cover if in network, she said my insurance would be covered. Very horrible way to do business. Sickening
I recently had the pleasure of becoming a patient of Dr Lounsbury and I won't be going anywhere else unless she closes shop... super knowledgeable and caring... she has some amazing technology and has the ability to show you your eyes and their blood supply within seconds... the staff is warm and welcoming and the frames and lenses are priced right!!! Two thumbs up.... A++++ Tell them I sent you !!!
I am so grateful for Dr. Lounsbury and her staff! What a huge difference in care from our previous provider! My son actually wears his glasses now and says they don't hurt his eyes like the glasses he was given previously. They've also been very patient with me as I've searched for the right contacts. Professional, caring and easy to make an appointment!
Dr. Lounsbury was extremely thorough and professional. She even took the initiative to check in on my eye after the fact. Highly recommend!
