Jade was great! Very friendly and pleasant. Went over all of the options with me throroughly, without being "pushy" on up-selling anything. Took about an hour in and out for new patient paperwork, eye exam, and picking out frames and lenses. A lot more affordable than other eye doctors I've been to.
Huge shout out to the ladies working there today. They where just wonderful with my daughter as she picked out her glasses and worked with her on meauring her for the nose peice. It was a lot for liv but they where so patient and making it fun! Id say 5+ stars for sure.
I haven't had a problem since I started buying glasses from here! All the staff are very friendly and when I need some help repairing my glasses, they're able to get right to them for me and finish within minutes. Great customer service!
