The experience was bad from the unfriendly staff at the reception till Doctor(Darin Strako), he was very disrespictful to us. He tried to ignore anything I say and started talking to his assistance each time I'm asking a question, and then he was telling me to repeat, and then do the same thing again by ignoring what I said and go back to his computer! its like he was intentionally doing that. He only said few sentences about what my son's problem was,no explaining at all to what it is,what should we do or anything!he assumed we are doctors or something! I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My son's pediatrician gave me a few doctor referral options and I am so glad that I went to Ticho! Dr. Ticho and his entire team made my husband and I feel safe, understood and addressed all of our concerns (and we had many) when it came to our son's eye needs. I never felt rushed or dismissed. As busy as their office is, they make you feel like you and the patient matter. They look out for your best interest. I would 100% recommend!

My brother referred me to this eye doc for my stye and my eye exam, honestly I had THE BEST experience. I’m sooo thankful for their care and being extremely thorough in every step, I am literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review! Thank you Dr. Ticho! I will make this my primary eye doc, every individual I dealt with today were so kind and supportive. Some people DO care.

I accompanied my uncle who has Down Syndrome to an appointment at Ticho Eye Associates and was so impressed with the care they provided. Dr. Strako has a great bedside manner and was made my uncle feel very comfortable during his visit. The staff member who really stuck out during the visit was Bella, one of the technicians in the office. She was exceptionally kind and accommodating, treating my uncle with dignity and patience. Thanks Dr. Ticho and Bella for making a visit that might otherwise be difficult and anxiety-ridden, an easy and pleasant experience!
