I had a great experience at Today’s Vision Cinco Ranch. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the entire process feel easy and stress free. The eye exam was smooth and picking out my new glasses was simple thanks to their guidance and patience. I did have to wait a little longer than expected to see the doctor. However, Dr.Nguyen completely made up for it with how kind and personable she was. She took the time to thoroughly explain the health of my eyes and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how educational and informative she was during the exam. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Today’s Vision Cinco Ranch to anyone looking for friendly service and quality eye care.

Fantastic experience today!!! Doctor Madhok was absolutely exceptional! Literally the best experience I’ve had. We then went to look at glasses and review options. I was blown away by the incredible customer service we received. I cannot remember her name but she had the pink glasses! She was outstanding and really helped us to understand all selections. Truly a wonderful experience all around today. Do yourself a favor and stop by this location for your next visit. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff is very professional and friendly. However, be very careful with their schedule: they are extremely strict with their 15-minute grace period for canceling appointments. My frustration stems from the fact that just a few days ago, I had to wait 20 minutes for my children’s appointment to start, and I was understanding of their delay. It’s a shame that same empathy isn’t reciprocal when the client is the one with a setback.

My experience during my vision visit was excellent. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took time to explain everything clearly. The customer team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I appreciate the help from Jazmina ,was very helpful and gave me great advice on what would be the best fit for me.
