My family has been going to this location for a few years now. Dr. Patel is very experienced and great at what he does. He's very efficient in getting the eye exams done, and I have always appreciated his respect for timeliness and professionalism. Determining the prescription usually takes less than 10 minutes, and he's very patient when I take my time looking through the frames and picking one out. I am grateful that he gets the glasses made super fast. My appointment for the eye exam was at 1 PM, he got my prescription, I picked out a frame, and the new glasses were made by 2 PM. He knew I had work that day so I would be in a rush, so he was very considerate to get them made quickly so I could go about my day. Dr. Patel and the staff are always nice, quick, and knowledgeable. There is a huge selection of frames to choose from and I always am able to find a pair that I love. I will continue to go here for my optometrist needs and I am very pleased with everything I've experienced.

I scheduled an eye exam for my daughter through the practice’s website and received an email confirmation with the appointment time, date, and address. When my wife and daughter arrived a few minutes before me, they were told there was no appointment on the schedule. Even after showing the email confirmation, Dr. Kirt Patel continued insisting he didn’t have anything scheduled and even suggested we might have booked a different location, despite the confirmation clearly showing that address. My wife later told me he reluctantly agreed to see my daughter anyway, commenting that he would still perform the exam even though he didn’t have anything on his schedule. Once I arrived, the experience only got worse. Throughout the exam, Dr. Patel came across as rushed and impatient. As he was testing my daughter’s vision, she would take a moment to answer what she could see, which is completely normal for a teenager. Instead of giving her the time she needed, he repeatedly seemed irritated, quickly moving on with comments like, “Okay, next,” before she had a chance to fully respond. That impatient attitude continued for the entire exam. After determining her prescription, we felt rushed into selecting frames. Rather than helping us through what is an important purchase, the entire interaction felt like he just wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. His demeanor was so abrupt that I finally asked, “Should we come back at a time that’s more convenient for you?” He replied that wasn’t the issue because they didn’t close until 7pm, but his actions throughout the visit certainly suggested otherwise. The entire experience felt cold, transactional, and unprofessional. Buying glasses is not an inexpensive decision, especially for a growing teenager. We expected a doctor who would take the time to ensure she was comfortable, answer questions, and help us make the right decisions. Instead, we left feeling like we were an inconvenience. We ended up taking the prescription and will be purchasing our glasses elsewhere. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I can only give one star because zero isn’t an option. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Dr. Kirt Patel and would encourage others to consider taking their business elsewhere.

I saw some reviews saying this place was rude, but that was not my experience at all. In fact, this was legitimately the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. If you want speed and accuracy, no upselling, and a doctor who clearly stays up to date with the latest technology (which actually benefits your eye health), this is the place. Dr. Patel was fantastic, professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. As a new patient, I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.
