Great customer service, the admin was very attentive and friendly. They made me and my son feel welcome. The Dr was so nice and explained everything that I needed to know . He answer all my questions! I will be coming back with my other children ☺️ If you are looking for a new Eye Vision place this is the one! 10/10 recommend !
Dr. Ly at Today's Vision has been our trusted family optometrist for the past four years. Not only has she done an excellent job helping our daughter control her myopia, but she has also expertly guided us through our own age-related vision changes. Her personalized care has made the transition from perfect vision to needing reading glasses a smooth and easy journey.
Bad experience overall. The optometrist got my prescription wrong right off the bat. Four trips just for one pair of glasses, all for their mistakes. And even after this, they misquoted the total price and told me I had to pay more. I told the front desk attendants that it was a bad experience and that I probably wouldn't come back. They didn't care and didn't say a word, no apology, or even thank me for my business. Nothing. There are a lot of eye doctors out there. Should not have to deal with an experience like this. Disappointing.
I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Chen was extremely attentive and thorough and identified a potentially serious issue during my exam. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how they made sure we had a follow-up scheduled promptly. The entire staff was wonderful—friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt supported every step of the way and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
They have high digital options for eye exams. Was able to see detailed images of my eye anatomy and optometrist went over every detail with me. Very thorough exams . Prescription had many options and upgrades. Overall pleased
