******UPDATED REVIEW AS IF 3/2019 I have been a patient since 2015. The Dr. is always on point and knowledgeable. The staff members always seem interested in me when I come in for services. I recommend this business of you want a great experience. ******I’m editing my review of the business. It has gone downhill since the friendly attentive staff members are no longer there. I had been actively trying to reach this business since late January 2019. No one answers the phone I left several voicemails no one called me back. I really used to love this Doctor. I went in last week bc no one was answering the phone. I walked in no one greeted me they just continued doing what they were doing. Finally Dr.John who was on a phone call said the lady who answers the phone would be with me shortly. It was after 6 maybe about 6:11. But customers were still there. I said well I’ve been trying to get in contact with you guys bc no one called me for my annual and it’s overdue by a month and I’m out of contacts. The receptionist started saying well we’re closed. And I said well I called at noon and I’ve been calling but no one answers the phone. She then proceeded to tell me someone goes to lunch at that time. I scheduled an appointment and left. I ended up calling back the next day bc Dr. John would give me daily contacts if I ran out before my appointment. That was one thing I loved about her. She seemed like she really cared. I called back up there and someone answered! But of course I was put on hold after I explained that I needed daily’s until my appointment . By that time I made it up there I hung up and walked inside. The black lady with the blonde hair was putting glasses on the shelf, she looked right at me and said nothing! Dr. John was on the phone and said she’ll be with you in just a moment referring to the blonde lady. The lady that had me on hold came around the corner with the contacts I called about. She wasn’t too bad but seemed irritated. You won’t believe what happened next, I left and Dr. John had the audacity to call me and ask why I had an attitude 😂😂😂😂 I was shocked at her unprofessionalism and her rudeness.She and I went back and forth for at least 5 mins. She was over talking me and telling me she doesn’t need my money that bad. I told her her warm and welcoming staff and business has changed and I’m not who she should be talking to it’s her new staff members who don’t greet customers when they walk in, and who don’t answer the phone for weeks at a time. Ultimately the Dr. did apologize and said she would leave it up to me wether or not I kept my up and coming appointment. I really considered going but after thinking about how she called me and I had been calling them I changed my mind. This business has really changed and if she doesn’t get her staff members together she can expect more unhappy and dissatisfied customers.
