Oh my Goodness...the ladies working at the front are just Amazing ...full of patience and their smile never fade. Crystal helped me throughout my time (which was a while) to pick my glasses... she didnt just go the extra mile ...she went extra 100 miles with me. .never rushing me... never pushing any items for me to get... EVERY RETAIL or CUSTOMER related business should have a Crystal working for them. Today's Vision Barker Cypress...I hope you know the "jewel" your front desk. As a client all I can say is "take good care of her (both of them, didnt get name of colleague)... they are precious to keep.

I had an eye exam on April 6th and immediately placed an order for a pair of reading glasses. I was informed that the glasses would be ready within two weeks. However, I ended up waiting over three weeks—until May 1st—before receiving a call notifying me that they were ready for pickup. Yet, when I went to the store to try them on, I discovered that they had mistakenly made me a pair of distance glasses instead of the reading glasses I had ordered. They asked me to leave the glasses at the store so they could remake them for me. However, as of today, I still have not received the glasses I need. The wait has dragged on far too long, and I have absolutely no idea how much longer I will have to wait.

The front office staff is very sweet but once again completely disregarded the physician’s orders and did not submit a prescription to my pharmacy, which was the reason I went in the first place. In my opinion that’s complete incompetence and it’s time for a new doctor. I hate to say that because I have felt Dr. Nguyen or any doctor that has seen me there have been amazing. But get it together front office staff… twice now you have screwed me over.

I have been coming to Today’s Vision since 2021, and every visit reaffirms why I trust them with my eye care. The doctors’ knowledge and expertise are truly outstanding, and the selection of glasses is always stylish and well-curated. A special shout out to Chrystal, who is always pleasant, professional, and radiates joy every single time I come in. She makes the experience warm and welcoming, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about patients. From start to finish, Today’s Vision delivers excellent service, a great selection, and top-notch medical care. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences here and highly recommend them!

Took my daughter for her appointment on 1/27. I was very impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. My daughter was very indecisive on which frames she wanted; the girl helping us was very patient, informative and kind. Wish I remembered her name. The doctor herself was professional, timely and informative. A+ on the experience. Also had a nice side/coffee/water bar stocked inside. Thank you!
