I can’t express my appreciation for this business. My sister who had brain surgery needed to be seen, and has no insurance. From, the moment we walked in everyone was so kind and helpful. Olga was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help myself and sister. She was professional, caring, friendly, and amazing person. Maggie was amazing as well she met with us went above and beyond to get my sister’s application expedited. Another, shout out is Dr. Saroja Medici. She was friendly, caring, informative, and made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend this business and will tell everyone I know in Hillsborough county about it. If you don’t have insurance they do a sliding scale of your income to qualify. They have dental, lab, pharmacy, and eye office in the same building. I hope all of these ladies and at the front desk are recognized. They truly deserve and are very good at their jobs.

This facility has unacceptable customer service. On multiple occasions, call operators have been unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. During a recent call, a representative responded with “huh” when she did not understand what I said, which is completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. I was also told that the representative could not review anything related to a prior authorization and that “only the doctor has access to the EMR.” This explanation is unacceptable. As a patient, I should not be left without basic information regarding the status of my medication or prior authorization. Because staff either lack training or refuse to assist, patients are left without their medication for weeks at a time. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a failure that puts patient health at risk. A healthcare facility should have staff capable of providing clear, accurate information and appropriate support. The inability or unwillingness of your employees to do so reflects a serious breakdown in your processes and accountability.

The staff is friendly and polite, also helpful but when you need refills; start asking for them a month in advance. I have been trying for 8 days to request refills and Walgreens has sent orders through as well... No response so far. I sent emails from website, messages in the Healow app, I've called and requested call backs 3 times on different days, and I've spoken to someone who tried to connect with the nurse without luck so she sent a message to her.... Still nothing. I'm an officially out of 2 of my meds and becoming depent on 1 more often than I should have to because of this. Poor patient care.

The dentist office is the WORST! No one answers the phone, whether calling directly or transferred from within the build. The voicemail is always full so you can’t even leave a message. The reception person is rude, not sure if it’s because of a language barrier but that’s still no excuse for poor customer service. Furthermore if you’re seen and need a referral, call your insurance provider to get it because they say they will call you to provide you the referral number after your visit and NEVER do. If you’re in severe pain just go to the ER, they give a small quantity of pain killers and you can’t reach them to get a refill or for anything else. As someone who’s worked in customer service for 20+ years I have never experienced such horrendous service from an establishment as important as your dental health. I’m not one to leave reviews but I left this as a warning to anyone else who comes here for dental care. Worth reporting to the BBB.

Please steer clear of Dr. Gonzalez, this is the 2nd time I’ve needed antibiotics and he’s refused to give them to me. The problem is Dr’s don’t know which antibiotic to always give and when you they give you the wrong one and don’t get better you need a different one and sometimes longer after failing to treat the infection that’s been there for weeks. When you finally respond to an antibiotic you don’t stop the patient too soon or the infection grows back. It is not my fault that the doctor didn’t find the right antibiotic the first time but it Is your responsibility to get rid of the infection fully so your patient doesn’t go sepsis. There’a not always enough time to seek other help or make it to the er in time. Please listen to your patients more. I want to walk out every time I see it’s him in the office.
