Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased some glasses earlier this year and I paid a pretty good amount for them too. They broke within the 100 day warranty that I had. They fixed them no problem. They broke again today outside of the hundred day warranty, the same exact break as before and they still let me slide and get them swapped out/replaced without having to pay out-of-pocket which I really wasn’t trying to do because I paid a lot of money for these frames. They were so accommodating and so understanding it meant the world to me that they fixed them for me without having to pay an arm and a leg!

My glasses frame broke. We went into the store and the gentleman who took care of my broken frame replaced, popped off the lens, checked to see if it had been less than a year from eye check-up, and found the same frame to fix my glasses. All in the same visit! I was so pleased to have my glasses fixed in the same day! Excellent service.
I went to Visionworks for my yearly eye appointment and ended up having a very frustrating experience. During my appointment, no one reviewed my prescription with me or explained the lens options. I specifically mentioned that I wanted progressive lenses, and since the price point we were given seemed affordable, I decided to purchase two pairs of glasses—one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses. About a week to a week and a half later, the glasses came in, but they were made with the wrong prescription. They were single-vision lenses, not progressive lenses like I had requested. The woman who originally helped us never went over the prescription details or explained the difference between the options, which could have prevented this entire situation. When we went back to pick them up, the gentleman working that evening was very helpful. It was the end of the day and he was closing, but he stayed to make sure we were taken care of and apologized for the mistake. I truly appreciated his effort. However, the solution required another $140 out of pocket to correct the lenses. If I had known the true cost with insurance for progressive lenses, I never would have purchased two pairs in the first place. At this point, I’ve spent over $450 and still cannot see properly because I’ve have to now wait another 1–2 weeks for the corrected glasses. This entire situation could have been avoided if someone had simply reviewed the prescription and lens options with me before placing the order. If there are prescriptions for both single-vision and progressive lenses, that absolutely should be discussed with the customer. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication and the fact that we had to pay extra to fix someone else’s mistake, we will not be returning to this or any Visionworks location.
Visited this location recently to get frames and lenses (already had my Rx so I can't speak to the eye exams). They accept VSP and are a preferred vendor, so if you have VSP you should check them out - I paid far less than Costco for similar frames and lenses. Customer service and ease of going through the process was fantastic. They had the frames I was looking for, didn't hassle or up-sell me on anything, and my frames were completed ahead of schedule. I'll be back for sure.
Simple and helpful. Friendly staff front and back. And affordable glasses and contacts if you use them. Totally worth the time and money. Still a good value in 2026.
