I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! Everyone was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. The eye doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The assistant was wonderful as well—friendly, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. And the gentleman who helped me choose my glasses was fantastic! Picking frames can be overwhelming, but he made it easy and actually enjoyable. He listened to what I liked, gave honest suggestions, and helped me find a pair that looks and feels great. The whole team was friendly, caring, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping their patients. Thank you for making my eye exam such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Visionworks location!

The provider was absolutely amazing. He took the time to review all of my concerns. He could sense that I was worried about my vision changes and headaches and he let me know what other evaluation test we are available and he ensured that we completed these before I left, he even pulled up pictures on the Internet to show me what was normal and compared that with my reports I'm very grateful

Lorane at the SanTan Village Visionworks was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation I was dealing with from another location. She truly went above and beyond to help me get answers and figure everything out. Not only did she take the time to get to the bottom of the issue, but she also offered helpful alternatives to make sure I wasn’t left without contacts while waiting for my order. Brought my child in for glasses he uses for amblyopia/lazy eye. When they took the prescription from me the guy missed the fact that he has bifocals. I corrected him and then he said he measured for them. In a pediatric the bifocal should bisect the pupil. When I asked if he marked the glasses properly (because I didn’t see him measuring), he insisted he did it. I even mentioned bisect the pupils as that’s how my son uses them. Now I will need to request that they do the lenses properly as they won’t work for my son. They put the bifocals at the bottom edge of the frame and his eyes won’t work with that. Also at pick up the guy did not offer to adjust the frames for a comfortable, proper fit. Just handed them over as is. With a pediatric patient please take the time and effort to make sure they are comfortable and happy. In addition, they had my phone number entered wrong so I never received a text or call to let me know when they were ready for pickup.
