The front office person was welcoming and helpful. I did not have to wait, they were ready for me at my appointment time. The doctor was very informative, thorough and friendly. And the person who helped me pick out glasses and contacts was very nice and helpful.

I went to this location for a routine eye exam! Was offered dilation, but had to refuse due to not having anyone to drive me home. However I did return back less than two weeks later to proceed with the dilation with assistance. I learned later that my vision file had a negative entry in my chart, that read " NON COMPLIANT" due to not accepting dilation at my first visit. So, if you decide to visit this location beware of what they put in your file. Needless to say I will no longer be using ANY Visionworks for future exams.
I've been going to Vision Works for about 6 years now. Just moved to the Ahwatukee area and moved to the office there. Every experience has been very professional, pleasant and time-well spent. This particular appointment was great; from checking in, to examining my eyes, meeting with optometrist and closing out my needs for glasses and contacts. Everyone knew their role and how to take care you. I've never had a bad experience here and even got my husband to transfer his eye care to Vision Works. I highly recommend this company!
I'm solely responsible for my 80 yr old father ( POA) seeking a medical provider with a patient-centric approach. He's a Veterans & has 2 other personal insurance's. Upon signing in completing forms for my father I could tell the receptionist was bothered by my involvement. We (3 of us)also discussed to opt out of extensive test today, doing at next visit, signing not to do. This front office gal was dismissive of my involvement. Im his POA / currently his final support. I did not bring legal papers no other office dismissed my helping him. When discussing charges w/my father, the gal interrupted, spoke over me, and implied the doctor's recommendation superseded mine with a smug attitude and rude face. I felt disrespected and would not recommend this facility. I'd gladly pay the lil $39 fee for gentle kind and compassionate receptionist.
Mario was very efficient, helpful, pleasant & fun. My first pair took 6 weeks to deliver. I am hoping my latest pair will be ready by 8/18/26.
