We took my 4 year old here for an exam, and they were unable to help us at all. I asked prior to making the appointment if they could accommodate a 4 year old, and they assured me that they handle young children all the time. My son was very well behaved and trying his best to understand their directions, but they didn’t explain anything at an age appropriate level, so he was confused and not doing exactly what they wanted. They then got irritated at him, which is completely their own fault, and they ended up telling us to go to a different location that can handle kids. They wasted our time, and dilated my son’s pupils which hurts, and was rude to him for no reason. At least they only made us waste an hour or so , because they didn’t even try to work with him and gave up almost immediately, despite my son’s willingness to work with them, because he just wants glasses to be able to see. Now we have to wait weeks again to get him seen by someone who will actually try.

I was so excited to come here because it’s been 10 years since I have last had glasses and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I even had to leave. I didn’t even get to pick out my glasses. The doctor was amazing but the gentleman that was sitting upfront was horribly rude. It was so awkward and quiet in there and I had asked him questions and he was rude and it made it even more awkward in there and I told him if they played music or even a soothing tone because it was dead quiet in there and because I was getting no help I felt like I was not supposed to be in there. I had questions they weren’t getting an answer so I felt like I was supposed to not be in the store. and he said yeah we can play music but we’re not playing it right now so that’s why it’s quiet. He responded back so rude and then I had to go to someone else for help explaining my frustration and he’s just smirking and smiling. I’m gonna go above and beyond to complain about this dude because my eyes hurt so bad and all I wanted to do was submit my subscription and glasses successfully instead, I ended up leaving and now I gotta wait another day to go pick out glasses because that gentleman made me feel uncomfortable and he was so rude. Never coming back here again.

Every person I interacted with was so nice and polite. Dr Sara was delightful, the eye exam was explained step by step. My new go to place.

Scheduling the appointment was a straightforward process, easily accomplished online with clear availability and reminders provided. Upon arrival, it was a warm and efficient front desk staff offered a friendly greeting, addressing me by name. Wait times were minimal, with prompt attention ideally within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The doctor provided helpful explanations, clearly outlining the differences before and after treatment. Overall I had a great experience. I’ll be back!

Online booking is clear and easy. The place is clean and people are attentive. Doctor explains things well. The only reason I gave it a 3⭐️ is because every time I have gotten my glasses there (last 3 years) I have issues with the quality and the fit. It takes a minimum of 2-3 trips before things are ‘acceptable’ but I never feel it’s perfect. Just picked up my new computer glasses today and literally can’t use them because everything is blurry. Here we go yet again 😮‍💨
