From a disappointment i experienced with ABC children’s optical and vision works not providing efficient customer service. The ladies at Eye on Health optical were so helpful and friendly. They offered to fix my sons glasses without us even purchasing the glasses there. They adjusted the arms and placed rubber for the nose pads and sent me a link for ear grips. Just the thoughtfulness, meant a lot. Thank you!! I appreciate your kindness.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved! After doing a TON of research, I chose Eyes on Health, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Brett Balocca is the real deal. He combines incredible knowledge with cutting-edge technology, and that gave me confidence bringing my kids in. Using the latest equipment, he was able to evaluate their eyes and help us develop a plan to slow the progression of their condition. That peace of mind is priceless. Now let’s talk about the staff… WOW! They deserve a standing ovation. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles, kindness, and genuine care. I won’t name names because then my “favorites” might start a friendly competition, but honestly, every single person has been amazing. No attitudes. No rushed appointments. Just great people who make you feel like family. Going to the eye doctor isn’t usually something people look forward to… but somehow, this team makes it enjoyable. If you’re looking for an eye care office where expertise meets outstanding customer service, stop searching you’ve found it. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Balocca and his staff. Dr. Balocca took his time listeng to my vision struggles and gave me many options that best fit my lifestyle. The Optician was equally as great with helping me pick out new frames. I highly recommend this wonderful team

The front office girl was VERY rude which sadly is the first impression. The.MA (I assume that’s her job title) was very sweet but asked for my current t medications and then proceeded to draw her own conclusions as she didn’t wait for my answer. I can appreciate that for this visit, my meds are not very relevant but if you’re not going to truly verify, skip even bringing up the question. However, the dr and person helping me pick out glasses were absolutely AMAZING!! And as a nurse, tge dr being thorough is my primary concern. I’ll return just due to his knowledge. The front office person should probably find a new career path as her attitude will definitely drive patients away. Thank you doc!! I appreciate your knowledge and bedside manner.

I am a new patient and today was my new patient appointment. I had a great first time experience, the ladies at the front desk were all very nice, engaging, and professional. My examination went well. I got prescription glasses and contacts that I am very excited about that will serve me well for my delivery driving job and reading. Im glad that I chose this office and would/will recommend Eye On Health to friends and family.
