Raquel the office manager was an absolute doll helping me navigate my vision insurance for the first time. And between TriWest and Aetna, it was a mess. And the Dr was thorough, explained everything, and seemed like a genuinely kind guy. Will absolutely come back with my daughter. Thank you guy for the great experience!
Shawn did a good job for my daughter’s glasses fixing. We were there when closing hour and he still happy to help us for fixing the glasses. Very nice place and person. Highly recommended.
I visited this location at 5:45 PM on April 2nd and was informed that coming before 5:00 PM makes the insurance authorization process much smoother. They took my details and promised to check with my insurance the next morning and call me with an update. By the mid of following day, I still hadn't received a call, so I went back in at 2:00 PM. Initially, the representative I spoke with wasn't familiar with my profile. However, the representative who helped me the previous day stepped in and explained that I needed to contact the insurance company myself to get the authorization details. They provided the necessary form at that point, but I wish this had been communicated during my first visit. If I had known I needed to handle the call myself, I could have gathered the information much sooner and planned accordingly. While I didn't end up making a purchase here, my suggestion to the team is to be more proactive. They clearly understand how these insurance companies work, so sharing that specific 'call-to-action' with the customer immediately would save everyone a lot of time.
Atmosphere was blessed. I truly enjoyed being seen. Dr. Francois is absolutely amazing. Great energy and very informative with his patients. Faith very knowledgeable regarding my eyesight. There another awesome person that helped me with my glasses. My apology for not remembering her name. She was awesome as well. But to all the staff Ty so much for being you. You never fail me. See ya soon
I loved my visit with Dr. Flores, the ladies were all very welcoming. I’m coming back next year !
