What a great shop. They make the lenses right in shop. They have a good variety of glasses, but most importantly, a salesperson with the patience of a saint. We tried on approximately one fourth of their inventory and not once did he waver in his customer service. They helped with finances and gave us quotes on multiple glasses, and they have brand names like vera wang, door, March jacobs, tagheuer, Ray-Ban, oakley, Kate Spade, Betsey Johnson, and others. Really happy we found this place.

My spouse and I have been buying our glasses from Craig for over 10 years. Craig Lichtner Licensed Optician is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He answers all my questions and puts me at ease. We pick out the perfect frame and lenses and he ensures they fit perfectly. If at anytime my glasses need adjustments or repairs he repairs them if I (or a family member) bought it from him or not. Craig is a real Mensch ( a good person). The eye doctors perception was great! My new glasses are the best I've had in years. They have a lot of styles to choose from. I choose a frameless pair. They are the lightest pair I have ever had. I love them.

I didn’t buy my eyeglasses from here but I went in to get my eyeglasses adjusted and she did it for me at no charge. She was kind and helpful and really knew what she was doing. Their selection of glasses is beautiful and I would highly recommend checking them out!

I have been going to Tom Steven’s optical for a good 10 years and I drive 45 mins because Craig and his team are absolutely amazing. They truly care about their clients and aren’t there to just sell us anything. They take their time with us and are truly honest with what looks good or would be the best for us. I definitely recommend anyone to go see them.
