I was made to feel like I was the only client there. I wasn't rushed through like I was on an assembly line. That said, I had a great experience. I was well taken care of. Plus I was entertained, Molly was a hoot. She gave me the tools to relax and enjoy my visit. The young lady that took charge and gave all my tests was amazing. The gentleman that helped me with my glasses was a great help too Thank you Jaime Mills

I had a wonderful experience again this year! The front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are genuinely happy to see you. I then had the pleasure of working with Christina for all my diagnostic tests. She was so kind. She guided me through each test and each machine. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them. I will be a loyal customer for life!
The staff and doctor are lovely people and I don’t have complaints about the care I received but they just can’t seem to get the scheduling down at this location. My first time there they didn’t see me for more than TWO HOURS after my scheduled appointment time. If it didn’t feel medically necessary for me to be there I would have walked, without a doubt. My second time they were more than an hour late. Both times I wasn’t finished until 2-3 hours after my scheduled appointment. They wanted me to come back a third time and I just can’t. It’s just too hard for a working person to manage this kind of unpredictable chaos. I understand running 15 or even 30 minutes behind but it was just absurd
Saw the doctor March 10 and still have not received my prescription through my pharmacy I have called 10 times and visited the office once. My insurance says they are not responding to their calls. I have 2 pharmacy insurance and they haven’t contacted anyone. Also I received a bill for a co pay. Told them to send it to my other 2 insurances. Called twice about this. The only person that knows how to do that is the office manager and she is never there. The girl did not know when she will be back.
Excellent experience all the way around. Christina was great at bedside manner with my mother. And Dr. Bandy was also superb at relating to the patient and easing her fears re: an imminent cataract surgery. The entire staff from check-in to check-out was excellent. Recommend it highly.
