Came to pick out my new pairs of glasses. From start to finish. Whitney was full of life and fun and she assisted in my second choice of glasses. Went above and beyond to make sure they were the right fit and communication properly of the time frame of which I would be notified when they’d be ready. Also, another coworker Leslie was a delight to converse with.
Kristy and Laura were amazing. They helped pick out nephews glasses and were very patient with him. Great selection of frames. Thank you ladies for a great experience.
Need to educate front desk. The lady took my insurance card and said they accept it and I set an appt up. I took off work to make appt, all to be told they dont take my insurance!
