Dr. Cianni is amazing! He’s personable, kind, funny, and most importantly he takes his time and explains everything to you. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed. Shannon was the tech I had and she was great. Sherri works in the glasses section and she is amazing too! I could just hang out and chat with her all day. Everyone at the office was awesome and helpful. I will definitely continue using Total Eye Care and recommend them to family and friends.

It was my first visit to Total Eye Care and it was a pleasant experience. Hardly any waiting time, I was taking back and the nurse did all the testing and prepared me to see Dr. Stein. Dr. Stein seems like a down to earth kinda guy. He’s funny and the staff is awesome to. I am recommending Total Eye Care with my friends and family. It’s a no hassle place. Eugene Aliberto

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Chloe was great and took very good care of me. She'll make an excellent PA and I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. Amy was very nice and knowledgeable. Dr Stein was a pleasure and made me feel at ease throughout the exam.

I have no problems with the girls at the front, its not their fault that the office is trying to get as many patients as possible onto the schedule. Due to over scheduling/greed, patients cannot get appt times that fit their needs or it takes a month+ to get in. Fit testing for contacts was way to expensive and the doctors refused to offer any help or solutions. I have been bringing my children for YEARS to Total Eye and that did not even matter. Due yourself a favor and go somewhere where your business is appreciated instead of being just another number$$$!

Made eye appointments for me and my wife about 40 minutes apart. I was running late with mine and she couldn't come in due to my child being non-verbal autistic and even though we messed up putting appointments too close together, they did a great job accommodating. I appreciate them highly for that
