I’ve been going to Newtown Total Eye Care for nearly 30 years, and it’s always a positive experience. Specifically at the Newtown location, the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Cianni consistently takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and provide helpful context about eye health. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling informed and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The receptionists process your information quickly and efficiently. They're always helpful and polite. The whole eye exam process is seamless. And it's always a pleasure speaking with Dr. Cianni: he's professional, very knowledgeable, informative, kind and puts you at ease. I've been a patient since '96 and even though I live 55 minutes away, it's never even crossed my mind to change practices or doctors.

Everyone at Total Eye Care, Newtown, is welcoming & efficient. I was taken within 5 minutes, & after the technician checked my prescription & put in eyedrops, I was seen by Dr. Cianni. I’ve been going to him for years, & he’s always a delight. He’s interested in my life & takes great care with my eyes.

The office was very busy but I was in and out relatively quickly. Staff and intern were very friendly and professional. My exam with Dr Cianni went very well. When I first visited Total Eyecare in 2022 I was legally blind from poor eyesight and cataracts. I opted for laser surgery to remove the cataracts and have lenses implanted by Dr Stein. Since then my eyesight has been 20/20 and I don’t require reading glasses.

My wife and I have been patients of Total Eye Care for about 30+ years. We have confidence in the professionals eye care we receive. Dr Cianni is my eye doctor, he is very knowledgeable and cares for his patients.
