I appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff from the receptionist to the doctor to the tech! Everyone gave me their time and attention, whether it was during the exam or picking out glasses. While choosing frames, the tech was great to help suggest ones that fit my face and my likes as well as explaining what insurance covered so I’d know my cost upfront. What a great experience!
Unfortunately, there was a complication with their online scheduling system that impacted our appointment. When we completed the exam, we were told they did not have time to complete the scheduled service because they needed to take their lunch break. We have used Total Eyecare for 25 years, but the level of service has noticeably declined since the providers have changed. Based on our most recent experience, I would not recommend. Donna, the manager, was rude and unwilling to listen to understand the root of the problem. She showed zero care or compassion. When I compared my profession of service, she stated the medical field runs things differently.
Great doctors that take their time with you and make sure that any questions are answered. The staff is always kind and professional. Plus I end up with great glasses/sunglasses!
Was our first time here and Dr Middleton and staff were so professional and detailed. My kids had a great experience here. We will be back.
Staff is very friendly and you could get last min appointments as well. Doctors also take time to talk through and not rush. Parking is not an issue. But word of caution 380 construction cause delay. So start early.
