I was pleased with my initial appointment. The overview of the appointment met with what I had been told to expect. The appointment started on time and ended on time.The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I will recommend Oak Tree Health.

Today was my informational visit to Oak Street Health, and everyone I encountered was very professional. I switched to having my primary care at their facility going forward. The doctor answered my questions in reference to my medications and overall Healthcare, and I was pleased with the results. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Oak Street Health.

I find that there is no follow thru. You have to call at least 4 to 5 times to get a response to any inquiries made. Not satisfied with their services. Thinking about changing my primary care doctor and clinic

In a way I am a bit disappointed with my last appointment. I was supposed to be there at 1:00, I was a little late but I had to wait a whole hour and a half until I was seen
